Withdrawal

All requests to withdraw money are processed on working days from 09:00 until 18:00 local time (GMT+2), except for weekends and public holidays. All queries sent after 18:00 p.m. will be handled during the next working day.

It’s very easy to remove your money from the account opened with FXPrime 365. You have to fill the corresponding form in your Personal account section and send the request to our support service.

The period of money transferring depends on the form of money withdrawal. If you transfer money via bank, it will take up to three working days. If you want money to be sent to a credit card, it will last from five to eight days.

The money will be withdrawn from your account only if you had provided all the necessary documents. The FXPrime 365 company can ask for additional identification papers or residency proofs.

When sending a request for partial withdrawal of funds, please, make sure you will have enough money left to meet margin requirements for open positions. FXPrime 365 is not responsible for any losses caused by the lack of funds on your account.
